welcome

About Me.

I’ve always been drawn to helping people navigate change, discover their strengths, and live with greater courage.

Along the way, some of the hardest seasons of my life have become part of my work.

Experiences of infertility, NICU life, grief, and significant life disruption changed me deeply. They reshaped how I understand resilience, courage, meaning, and what it means to rebuild when life doesn't go according to plan.

But The Revived Life isn't simply a response to those experiences.

It's the culmination of years spent helping people navigate change, develop resilience, discover their strengths, and live with greater intention and authenticity.

I believe many people already carry the answers they need within them. What they often need is space to reflect, meaningful questions, encouragement, perspective, and permission to trust themselves again.

That's the space I aim to create.

My Background.

Alongside my personal experiences, I have a background in psychology, counselling, coaching, and wellbeing facilitation.

My experience includes:

  • Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching) (ICF accredited coach training)

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science

  • Workplace resilience & wellbeing program development

  • Experienced facilitator of wellbeing, resilience, leadership, and personal development programs

  • Public speaking and group facilitation

  • Co-author, “Little Life, Big Loss” - Amazon best-selling multi-author book

For many years, I've worked with individuals and teams to build resilience, strengthen wellbeing, develop coaching mindsets, and create healthy cultures where people can thrive.

Today, I continue this work through coaching, writing, and creating resources that help people navigate life's unexpected chapters with courage and purpose.

Why The Revived Life?

Because I don't believe our hardest experiences have the final word.
And I don't believe courage belongs only to a few brave people.
I believe courage is available to all of us.
Sometimes we simply need someone to help us rediscover it.
