Sessions are one-on-one and tailored to your needs.
Together, we'll explore the questions, challenges, opportunities, and decisions in front of you. I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective where helpful, and draw on tools and frameworks that support reflection, resilience, and personal growth.
My role isn't to tell you what to do.
It's to help you better understand yourself, trust your own wisdom, and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are.
