welcome
About Me.
I never expected grief, disruption, and loss to reshape my world so completely.
Much of my work now exists because I understand what it feels like when life no longer resembles the future you imagined.
My Story.
The Revived Life as it exists today, grew slowly out of experiences that changed me deeply — grief, NICU life, shattered expectations, identity shifts, and learning how to keep living in the midst of heartbreak.
Writing became a way of making sense of what I was carrying. A way of finding language for experiences that often feel isolating, invisible, or difficult to explain.
Over time, I realised how many women were quietly carrying similar stories:
grief that doesn’t fit neatly into categories
disrupted dreams
uncertainty about the future
the exhaustion of rebuilding
and the tension of holding both sorrow and hope at the same time.
The Revived Life exists to create space for those conversations.
My Background.
Alongside my personal experiences, I have a background in psychology, counselling, coaching, and wellbeing facilitation.
My experience includes:
Psychology and counselling training
Accredited coaching training
Wellbeing program development
Leadership and resilience facilitation
Speaking and group facilitation
While professional training has shaped me, the heart of this space is deeply human rather than clinical.
I care about creating spaces where women feel safe to reflect honestly, reconnect with themselves, and navigate life’s difficult seasons with gentleness and courage.
Writing.
I write about grief, NICU life, motherhood, identity shifts, resilience, rebuilding after loss, and the complicated reality of carrying both joy and sorrow together.
Part of my story is also shared in an upcoming multi-author book releasing in July 2026.
My hope is that through honest storytelling, readers feel less alone in their own experiences.
Whether you arrived in the midst of grief, uncertainty, exhaustion, hope, or rebuilding - I hope this space offers something that meets you gently where you are.
